Description

A healthy and delicious cabbage soup that’s perfect for weight watchers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head green cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté onion, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened.
  2. Add chopped cabbage and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, and Italian seasoning.
