- 1 baguette sliced
- 4 ounces Spanish ham (such as Jamón Serrano)
- 4 ounces Manchego cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and rub the garlic clove gently on each toasted slice.
- Layer each crostini with a slice of ham and a slice of Manchego cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
