Description

Delicious Spanish Ham and Cheese Crostini, perfect for appetizers or a light snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette sliced
  • 4 ounces Spanish ham (such as Jamón Serrano)
  • 4 ounces Manchego cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and rub the garlic clove gently on each toasted slice.
