Description
A refreshing side dish made with cucumbers and a creamy sour cream dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Peel and slice cucumbers thinly.
- In a large bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cucumbers and dill, and mix until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in some chopped red onion.
- This salad pairs well with grilled meats.
