- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine chicken broth, chicken thighs, mixed vegetables, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and add to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook for another 30 minutes until biscuits are cooked through.

- For a thicker broth, mix cornstarch with water and add in before serving.
