Description

A hearty breakfast bowl featuring sausage, eggs, and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  2. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and spinach, cooking until softened.
  3. Push the sausage and vegetables to the side and crack the eggs into the skillet.
