Ingredients

- 1 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup blanched almonds
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, blanched almonds, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Pulse until finely chopped.
- With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until smooth.
- Stir in the red wine vinegar.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

- This sauce can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
