Description

A flavorful and vibrant Spanish sauce made with roasted red peppers and almonds, perfect for dipping or drizzling.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup blanched almonds
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, blanched almonds, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until smooth.
  4. Stir in the red wine vinegar.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
