Description

Deliciously seasoned chicken skewers with a smoky paprika flavor, perfect for grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine paprika, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Mix well and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest before serving.
