- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine paprika, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Mix well and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
- Serve with a side of tzatziki or your favorite dipping sauce.
