Description

Deliciously roasted cabbage steaks seasoned with garlic and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, cut into 1-inch thick slices
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and thyme.
  3. Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with the garlic oil mixture.
  4. Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve hot.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
