- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until onion is translucent.
- Stir in rice, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
