Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cooking until onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in rice, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
  4. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
