Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed olives
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olives, garlic, rosemary, thyme, orange zest, and lemon zest.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
- Toss everything together until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a jar or airtight container.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more red pepper flakes.
