Description

A flavorful blend of olives marinated with aromatic herbs, garlic, and citrus for a delightful appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed olives
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the olives, garlic, rosemary, thyme, orange zest, and lemon zest.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  3. Toss everything together until well coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a jar or airtight container.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes
