Description

A creamy, cheesy Loaded Baked Potato Casserole that’s perfect for a crowd!


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Bake the potatoes for 1 hour or until tender.
  3. Let them cool for a bit, then scoop out the insides into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add sour cream, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes and mix well.
  5. Stir in half of the cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with remaining green onions before serving.
