Ingredients

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake the potatoes for 1 hour or until tender.
- Let them cool for a bit, then scoop out the insides into a mixing bowl.
- Add sour cream, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes and mix well.
- Stir in half of the cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with remaining green onions before serving.
