These keto wholesome cookies are the perfect guilt-free treat, combining delicious flavors with low-carb ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cookies are set.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
