- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, half of the cheese, and bacon. Pour over the chicken.
- Top with the remaining cheese and green onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
