Description

A delicious low-carb chicken dish with rich, buttery flavors inspired by Texas Roadhouse.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with paprika, salt, and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  4. Cook the chicken until browned on both sides and fully cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Add the chicken back to the skillet and coat in the creamy sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
