- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Season the chicken thighs with paprika, salt, and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook the chicken until browned on both sides and fully cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the chicken back to the skillet and coat in the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- To make this dish spicier, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
