- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
