- 2 racks beef ribs
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- In a bowl, mix all the rub ingredients together.
- Apply the rub generously on the beef ribs.
- Place the ribs in the smoker bone side down.
- Smoke for 6-8 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 203°F.
- Remove from the smoker and let rest for 30 minutes before serving.

- For best results, let the ribs marinate with the rub overnight.
