Description

A delicious low-carb twist on classic smash burgers, served in taco form with all your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Form the beef mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and smash the patties onto the skillet.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing a patty inside each lettuce leaf.
  6. Top with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, pickles, onions, mayonnaise, and mustard.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
