- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Form the beef mixture into small patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and smash the patties onto the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a patty inside each lettuce leaf.
- Top with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, pickles, onions, mayonnaise, and mustard.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For an extra kick, add jalapeños to the toppings.
