Description

This Keto Slow Cooker Balsamic Beef Roast is a delicious and easy dish perfect for a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 pounds beef roast
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the beef roast on all sides.
  3. Place the roast in the slow cooker and pour the balsamic mixture over it.
  4. Add beef broth.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
  6. Shred the meat and serve.

Notes

  • Great served with cauliflower mash for a complete meal.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
