- 3 pounds beef roast
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the beef roast on all sides.
- Place the roast in the slow cooker and pour the balsamic mixture over it.
- Add beef broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
- Shred the meat and serve.

- Great served with cauliflower mash for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
