- 1 cup fresh cranberries

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced sausage, cranberries, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
- Toss until everything is well-coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a sheet pan.
