Ingredients

- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 2 cups keto tortellini
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the sausage over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the butternut squash and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until squash is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the spinach and tortellini. Cook until tortellini is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
