- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the frozen potato gems on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt over the potato gems.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven until melted.
- Top with sour cream, avocado slices, jalapeños, and fresh cilantro before serving.
