Delicious and healthy Keto Potato gem nachos perfect for a low-carb snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen potato gems
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the frozen potato gems on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt over the potato gems.
  4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven until melted.
