Delicious and fluffy cinnamon rolls that are keto-friendly, perfect for a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons erythritol
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and erythritol.
  3. Add eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on parchment paper into a rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon over the rolled-out dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  7. Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
