- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sweetener of choice
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form a crust.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let cool.
- In another bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips on top.
- Repeat the layering process.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth texture.
- Add more sweetener if desired for additional sweetness.
- Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
