Description

A creamy and indulgent keto dessert that combines layers of chocolate and cream cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sweetener of choice
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and melted butter until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form a crust.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let cool.
  5. In another bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  9. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips on top.
  10. Repeat the layering process.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

  • Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth texture.
  • Add more sweetener if desired for additional sweetness.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
