Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, melt the butter and swirl to coat the bottom.
- Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until eggs are set.
