Instructions
- In a shaker, combine almond milk, ginger ale, gingerbread syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Add ice cubes and shake well until combined and chilled.

Notes
- This mocktail can be easily adjusted for sweetness by adding more or less gingerbread syrup.
