Description

A deliciously marinated garlic balsamic steak, perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over the steak.
  3. Seal the bag and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches the desired doneness.
  7. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.
