- 2 pounds flank steak
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over the steak.
- Seal the bag and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches the desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.
