Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
  • 1 cup keto-friendly cookie dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix erythritol, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the brownie batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of keto cookie dough over the brownie batter.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set.
