- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

- 1 cup keto-friendly cookie dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix erythritol, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the brownie batter into a greased baking dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of keto cookie dough over the brownie batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set.
