- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- If using, fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
