Description

A refreshing and low-carb drink combining the sweetness of figs with the earthy flavor of rosemary.


Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 2 ounces sparkling water
  • 2 fresh figs, sliced
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the fresh figs and rosemary.
  2. Add gin and lime juice, then fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water.
