- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces low-carb pasta of choice
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and stir to combine.
- Meanwhile, cook the low-carb pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add to the chicken and sauce.
- Mix well to coat the pasta and serve immediately.
