Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, chopped cranberries, orange juice, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, thyme, and parsley. Mix well.
- Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve warm with additional cranberries and orange slices if desired.
Notes
- These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
- For extra flavor, consider adding some spices or herbs of your choice.
