Description

Delicious and healthy keto-friendly meatballs infused with the flavors of cranberry and orange.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, chopped cranberries, orange juice, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, thyme, and parsley. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve warm with additional cranberries and orange slices if desired.
