Description

A delicious low-carb alternative to traditional desserts, featuring rich flavors of cinnamon and maple.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, erythritol, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, combine the apple sauce, almond milk, sugar-free maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Lift the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
