- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, erythritol, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, combine the apple sauce, almond milk, sugar-free maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Lift the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
