Description

A delicious keto-friendly dessert that combines the flavors of churros and cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup sweetener (erythritol or similar)
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, sweetener, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased springform pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add in eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream; mix until combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and additional sweetener; sprinkle over the cheesecake.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. Let cool before serving.
