Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
