Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup erythritol
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to top with whipped cream or keto-friendly ice cream.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
