Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
