Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
