- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
- In a bowl, toss the chicken and sweet potatoes with olive oil and spices.
- Spread them out on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Allow to cool and then portion into meal prep containers.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
