Description

This KeTo Barley Granola with Nuts and Dried Fruit is a delicious and healthy snack option, perfect for breakfast or a quick energy boost.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups barley flakes
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 1 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the barley flakes, mixed nuts, dried fruit, salt, and cinnamon.
