A delicious and healthy breakfast wrap packed with nutrients from spinach and feta cheese, along with the goodness of barley.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked barley
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas

Instructions
