- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and erythritol.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, then mix with dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely, then whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the cooled cake and top with sliced bananas and coffee powder.
