A delicious low-carb dessert that combines the rich flavors of coffee and banana with a keto-friendly twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup granulated erythritol
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and erythritol.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, then mix with dry ingredients.
  4. Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Let the cake cool completely, then whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled cake and top with sliced bananas and coffee powder.
