Description

Delicious and crispy KETO Air-Fried Mozzarella Sticks that are low in carbs and high in flavor, perfect for a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut mozzarella sticks in half and freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs and mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  3. Dredge the frozen mozzarella sticks in almond flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and coat with parmesan cheese.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place cheese sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately with marinara sauce.
