- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cut mozzarella sticks in half and freeze for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat eggs and mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Dredge the frozen mozzarella sticks in almond flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and coat with parmesan cheese.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place cheese sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with marinara sauce.
Notes
- Make sure the mozzarella sticks are well coated for a crispy texture.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
