A quick and delicious keto-friendly soup featuring miso and dumplings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 1 cup shirataki noodles
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
- Add the miso paste and stir until dissolved.
- Add the shirataki noodles, spinach, mushrooms, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
- Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the soup and add green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
