Description

A quick and delicious keto-friendly soup featuring miso and dumplings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 cup shirataki noodles
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. Add the miso paste and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add the shirataki noodles, spinach, mushrooms, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Drizzle sesame oil over the soup and add green onions.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
