Delicious and easy to make Homemade Sloppy Joes that are perfect for any weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated for easier meal prep.
