This creamy Garlic-Lemon White Bean Dip is perfect served with fresh vegetables or pita chips.
Ingredients

- 2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the white beans, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- This dip can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
