Description

This creamy Garlic-Lemon White Bean Dip is perfect served with fresh vegetables or pita chips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the white beans, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  5. Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • This dip can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
