Description

Delicious and fluffy egg white bites that are perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites, then add cheese, spinach, bell pepper, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bites are set and slightly golden.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
  6. Serve warm or store in the refrigerator for later.
