Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the butter and sugar together in a bowl until fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt; gradually add to the butter mixture.
- Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Make a thumbprint in each ball and fill it with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the dough.
- Ensure the chocolate filling is melted before filling the thumbprints.
