Description

A delicious and hearty casserole made with ground beef, rice, and cheesy goodness.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
