- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before baking.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor.
