Description

A hearty and cheesy casserole made with ground beef and potatoes, perfect for a family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cups potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, sliced potatoes, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
