- 1 head cabbage, chopped

- 1/2 cup long-grain rice
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.

- Add the chopped cabbage, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
