Description

A delicious Tuscan shrimp dish featuring flavorful ingredients and vibrant spices.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
  4. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they are pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve immediately with crusty bread or pasta.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine when cooking the shrimp.
